could there be a setting to hard limit the arms, so when i use the quality tier 40, putting one down doesn't murder my ups and fps
Just don't upgrade them to the latest quality ;)
yeah, but, i actaully awould want a hard limit to hands anyway. so leveling tiers would just increase there range, speed and storage
