Fixes some techs for Hexalith, and just remove uranium from Nauvis so that Hexalith can take its place
Optionally, Nauvis can be completely safe!

Kind of forked from Planet Hexalith, however this was originally an add-on mod so I won't call it a full fork. I just incorporated it so that I could remove some hard dependencies that I didn't want.

It should work as a drop-in replacement for Planet Hexalith, but this is unsupported and might break some things (like having uranium ore on Nauvis and Hexalith generating with original settings no matter what)

Adding this mod mid-game works, but will not play as intended, Nauvis will have already generated with uranium
