One of gleba's main "weaknesses" to me is that it doesnt have a very unique spin on how you build your factory basics like fulgora or vulcanus does, shortening or outright reversing the various supply lines that go into space-lift or mall supply lines meaning you mostly wind up building a repeat of your nauvis base. I love your mod for addressing that in some ways but more alternate recipes for basics that play around with the concept of growing things in biochambers.
[Gleba only] LDS Crystallization: Growing semi-organic LDS in biochambers directly from copper ore, bioflux and plastic(maybe carbon?) (greatly reduces the amount of smelting /foundries for rockets by working directly with copper ore, spins how you think about ore supply. Probably should be slightly inferior in efficiency to casting LDS while being less faff and removing iron-input.
[Implicitly gleba only] Neural Circuits: Much Plastic+Pentapod Egg = longish craft time for a pile of circuits
High batch-yield grown circuits that reward you for working with dangerous ingredients and shifts the mass ingredient for circuit production from copper to plastic, leaning into gleba's organic-chemistry flavor. (also enslaving a pentapod in a biochamber to make bioelectronics out of the stem-cells of it's kin is very Factorio Engineer)
Advanced&Processing units: NONE, retains incentive for bringing fulgora tech to gleba and presents thematically cool builds of biochambers growing circuits to direct-feed EM plants. You could add a grown advanced circuit too but that seems less thematically appropriate as they already "stich" basics together and it seems right to keep some wire in the chain for circuit production, but you could have neat potential for a high throughput but resource inefficient advanced circuit recipe, perhaps unlocked and including carbon fiber (which isn't very hard to make but requires an interplanetary research)
I could also see a case for growing robot frames or engine/motor units but the throughput requirements on those make it kind of undesirable for use with biochambers and it feels less plausible.
Otherwise you might consider crystalizing """steel""" directly out of iron ore and carbon (or bioflux?) as a long craft-time but high batch option but that also feels a bit on the silly side and gleba doesnt need a ton of steel/iron anyways. Though since we're growing inserters in this mod, you could make the biochamber options take iron ore
