The original Shuttle Train mod was placed well in the tech tree, in my opinion.
It was essentially just after you got trains, at a point where it would still be relevant.
However, your current tech placement means that by the time you unlock this, you're only a few steps away from getting power armor+exoskeletons, which would make this largely obsolete except for very long-distance travel.
So, I suggest making the recipe cost similar to FARL's module (maybe a bit more expensive if you choose), removing the blue science cost, and making the only prerequisite be Automated Rail Transportation (like the old Shuttle mod).
