Exports Output Productions as JSON format with gametick

Usage:

use '/export' for manual export

wait 10 minutes ingame for every 10th minute tick export

Version 0.1 supports only item input statistics

new Version Release 0.2:
added support for Fluids and Pollution Statistics
added now better Folder and File Structure for exported Statistics
split Input, Output and Storaged into seperate Files within the same category folder
