Make nights pitch black, customise the lengths of day/night cycles, enable night only attacks and darken space platforms/distant planets as they get further from the sun! All configurable.
Since the update that added the halo and it being able to turn off, my characters has just gotten this huge halo that I can't turn off, even though I have the option selected as no. (Enable player's light halo (false))
I just tested it and I'm not running any issues turning the halo on or off. If you are using Realistic Flashlight Fixed then you'll wanna use that mod's option to disable the halo. Theirs gets precedence to avoid a crash from their end.
Otherwise I'm not sure, I'm only ever removing it, not modifying it, so it's probably another mod.
I triple checked, this mod simply does not interact with character lights in any way unless the option is unchecked and that other mod is not installed
Well, then I have no idea what has happened. I fixed it finally by just getting into that character mod and making everything related to light a developer text as in disabling it by turning it into commets and now it's complete darkness around my character which eh, isn't what I wanted but works.
