In the AAI industry mod, belts are not in the logistics technology. Belts are in a separate basic-logistics technology that is researched first. logistics requires more research packs and more production.
I suggest to change some technologies when AAI industry is active. Include the first belt engine in the electricity technology and use electric-motor as an ingredient instead of electronic-circuit. Put the belt divider recipes in basic-logistics.
