Start underground. The Nauvis surface is hostile and normal surface construction is forbidden; dig out cave space, use shafts, and build your factory below.
I love the mod. Very excited for updates. I'm trying to get the cargo elevator to work. I can see the conveyor output ports but when I place a belt/inserter next to it nothing happens. Maybe I'm missing something. P.S just updated my save game from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0.
