How do you transfer between surfaces? I am playing SE +K2, and I have a signal network transmitted between two surfaces. I can SEE the signals from orbit on the ground, but nothing is populated in my requestor chest.

Is it just energy? Does it take a ridiculous amount of energy to cross surfaces? I have the network capacitors (10+ of them) and controller in orbit, a requestor chest on the planet surface where I can see everything that is in the network, but the requests that I place on the surface are not pulled.

Anyone get this working?
