Adds concentrated solar energy based around heliostat mirrors, which can point at solar power towers to generate heat for heliothermal energy production, or solar lens towers to generate giant lasers.
The version of Krastorio 2 for Factorio 2.0 doesn't trigger the recipe changes for Concentrated Solar. Looking at items.lua in Krastorio, it seems like all the items have the "kr-" prefix added to the internal name. The (vanilla) heat pipes are added properly though.
