It appears that destroying the last generated enemy base causes a non recoverable freeze (no crash logs are generated as the app just locks and forces the user to force quit it).
This is fairly easy to do accidentally by using very high range artillery, they don't really generate new chunks while destroying bases, and on killing the last visible base the game crashes. This is reproduceable by manually killing the last base, or letting artillery do it.
This is a pretty significant blocker to using this mod in our late game world.
