That's an odd restriction imposed by the mod? I have never used that before, but I may have to superimpose over it if that the case b/c the only other option would be to have to lower the steam's temp which would effect how powerful the planetary turbines are, which I don't like.

This will be fixed with the 2.1 migration update since Steam has a max value of 500.
