    - MAJOR:  Very bad bug fixed related to the end planet Carna research reward, the Carnan energy spire.  It would deactivate all generated surface global electricity grids if a spire was not running on it, including space platforms.  This has been reorganized in order to ensure that surfaces that have only had a spire placed on it will be checked and have their grids activated or deactivated.

  Minor Features:
    - Altered the probability expression of the Carnan Host Assembler so that it will spawn more in some remote areas.  Before, there were decent chances of going through a lot of the surface and not finding any on some seeds.  This change aims to make them more easily accessable.

    - Fixed missing string text for terrain generation options.
    - Disabled a terrain generation option that did nothing.
