Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
I am unable to create concrete. It has been researched and available, but not under assembly machines. It is in red. At the bottom it listed Cargo Ships as the mod.
