Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
--If "Offshore oil and Oil rig" is disabled in the settings, it seems that also removes all on-shore oil and other pumped resources such as Lithia water when playing with RSO (and Bob's mods).--
