Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
How to reproduce:
1. Enable SE2+K2 (not sure which one affect it; I think SE2)
2. Mouseover prdoction increase tech
3. See no sea platform in dropdown hint window
UPD: it's probably only visual but, I see bonus bar on them after research
