Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
Placing landfill in water not under a boat, but next to a boat causes boat and contents to be lost. Not sure if this is due to a adjoining tile update, but it's a problem when you place some landfill in water nearby a boat and you lose your entire boat and it's inventory.
