Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
The rails do a poor job at showing how far away the ship is from land or how wide ships are. Could the water rail sprite be changed to clarify the amount of grid space that they take up? As of right now I am constantly turning on the grid via the debug menu to figure out how much landfill I can put in with messing up the water rails.
