b Production Science missing from Logistics 3 when Space Age is enabled (2.0.26)

Hello! Thoroughly enjoying your mods. That said, I noticed in my current run that, while Production Science the technology is required for Logistics 3 - if Space Age is present - the actual Production Science pack itself is not required for researching Logistics 3.

While I do have several mods (around 70-80, can provide a list if needed) I have confirmed that this issue occurs when only bztitanium and space-age are enabled; if I disable either one, then Production Science packs are again required for Logistics 3.
