I noticed that Titanium is first in the list, before Tungsten, despite it being a later age material.

I've mostly tried to keep BZ items in some sort of alphabetical order. Unfortunately this doesn't work across languages.

Do other mods do it by order of tech unlock?

I think it would be more logical.

I will take a look at this. Might take some time to figure out a good layout. I don't want to keep moving things around, because it might get confusing for people, so I'll try to come up with a good plan for all plates, intermediates, etc, and then stick with it. As such, it might take a while to finally make this change.
