I'm have some issue with the steel to titanium util function with my tweaks mod any ideas on what I'm doing work. I'm using the same function as this mod to replace the steel plate with titanium plate but it only sees steel_to_titanium not util.me.steel_to_titanium.

Indeed, my new update refactored mod-specific stuff out of data-util. I actually plan to remove steel_to_titanium in another update very soon, (Titanium was my first real mod and I've improved my library functions since), but you should be able to use util.replace_ingredient("<recipe-name>", "steel-plate", "titanium-plate") for the same effect.

I am not planning any further similar changes that would break dependency on data-util again.

I already figured that part out already trying to get something to work.
