There's a bug with the Packing Tape mod, where the mod's chests (brass chest and titanium chest) can't be placed by construction bots

Edit: I had the AAI Containers and Warehouses mod installed. When I deactivated the mod, it started working again. There's a incompatibility with the AAI mod, Packing Tape and the Bob's Logistics mod.
