The basic loader uses steam manipulators, which with the AAI Loaders: Electric powered or AAI Loaders mod take a very long time to research maybe remove this requirement?
Also, belt transport with the AAI Industry mod does not use basic belt transport for crafting, I also think it can be corrected

also i found strange thing - with aai industry tier 1 belt and splitter doesnt require tier 0 things to built em, but underground belt does...
