I find the Factorio early game a slog to begin with and the tier 0 belts increase the slog even more. Could we please get an option that disables their addition? Or if it makes more sense, an option that's enabled by default to enable the tier 0 belts.

It already exists: Transport belt overhaul.

Oh. Well okay then. I thought that setting affected the tier 4 and 5 belts too.
