As the title states, the recipe for the vanilla pump is simply not in my game. This makes fluid wagons impossible to use. I'm not sure if this is the mod causing the issue because I have a bunch installed, but its my best guess.

This mod doesn't remove, or even move the base game pump. It is unlocked by Fluid handling, but the prerequisites for that tech may have moved.

Could this be an issue with angel's mods? I looked around in game and none of the researches unlock the vanilla pump, though fluid handeling does unlock angel's barreling pump.

I would suggest giving angel a poke to ask him.
