It's not a bob logistics issue actually. In this last update, inserters name were changed and you are also using ShinyGFX, which hasn't been updated to match the new names. I just disabled that mod and it's now working
This new version has HD graphics tho, so maybe ShinyGFX isn't necessary anymore?
PS: This new version also changes the tech tree for inserters (they are researched along the same belts, so red belts give you red inserters, and such) , so you might wanna hold off updating for an existing world
