Better Train System

This mod adds 3 new tiers of faster Locomotives, bigger Cargo-Wagons and more capable Fluid-Wagons. They also stack to 20, 50 and 50 in your inventory. With settings to tweak speed, cargo inventory and fluid capacity.

Locomotives

Faster locomotives
Less air resistance
More breaking force
More health
Faster in reverse
Stack to 20 instead of 5
Available levels: Mk2, Mk3, Mk4
Equipped with equipment grid, can carry any equipment and connect to logistic network

Cargo Wagons

Increased cargo capacity inventory size to 80, 160 and 320 slots
Less air resistance
Increased maximum speed
Stack to 50 instead of 5
Available levels: Mk2, Mk3, Mk4

Fluid Wagons

Increased fluid tank capacity to 75k, 150k, 250k
Less air resistance
Increased maximum speed
Stack to 50 instead of 5
Available levels: Mk2, Mk3, Mk4

Technology

Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 train levels can be unlocked by researching three new levels of Railway System in the tech tree.
