In my mod, I use inserters to load tunnel entries. However, if I load on your tunnel entries, the inserter can load it endless, even if the belt is full.
Do you think you could fix it?

Beltlayer works with an invisible buffer chest, so your inserters are filling the buffer chest. If your belt is stopped (backlogged), not just saturated and flowing, then eventually the buffer chest will fill up and your inserters will stop.
