Is it possible to make these missiles be able to be fired TO other Planets or be used from the Space Platform to bombard the Planet? (e.g. My Platform is over Gleba with 10 of these Silos, I can now bombard Gleba 10 times)

Would fill the need to turn Gleba into nuclear wasteland.

Firing to other planets would be a bit overpowered and totally mess up the fuel consumption. But I appreciate your efforts to turn Gleba into a nuclear wasteland - that planet does not deserve anything else >.<

Orbital strikes sound interesting but I think they need a different approach since fuel and a renewable source of rockets would be far to expensive. A silo on the planets surface would be much easier and cheaper. I'll keep that idea in mind and maybe there is a way to add some kind of orbital-drop-pod launcher in a later update.
