Start on any of the first three planets: Vulcanus, Gleba, or Fulgora.
Choose your planet in the startup mod settings before starting a new game.

I have all planets mods aviable for 2.1, include DPS, K2 pplanet etc. I try to start on Vulcanus, but the problem is - I cant open factorio, not only start a game
In the startup error, there should be a button for "manage mods" and from there you can disable Any Planet Start.
I'm not sure where to begin looking for another mod that changes technology prerequisites, but if you feel like it you could try disabling other mods until you can load in, then the most recent one you disable would be the culprit.
I did some research. The game launches after installing the mod, but as soon as I set the start time to Vulcan, the game won't launch again, giving a loop error. There's also no option to reset mod settings.
