Start on any of the first three planets: Vulcanus, Gleba, or Fulgora.

I've got Any planet start set for Vulcanus, and Lignumis installed in Factorio 2.1.
The amusing bug to report is that on Lignumis, I get the starting inventory that Vulcanus would provide (iron plates), while once I escape Lignumis, and land on Vulcanus, the crashed ship on Vulcanus has the wood contents from Lignumis start!
I looked for where a setting would be to fix it, but I was unsuccessful. Any guesses on how to fix it?
Hi there. Your observation is actually not correct. On Vulcanus you get what you would get without Any Planet Start when landing on Nauvis. It's intended to get some burner stuff for the second Planet.
What actually is a bug is the stuff you get when you land on Lignumis. I noticed it and didn't know how to easiliy fix it and thought it's probably not worth digging deeper. See it as an additional penalty :-)
@_CodeGreen I guess it's not possible to change the items you get on the first crash?
