You added a recipe to make coal from carbon, but the only way to get carbon on Fulgora is to drop it from orbit, is that intended?
My suggested fix would be to be able to (also) make Coal or Carbon from Solid fuel or Heavy oil.
Theres no real need for military science in fulgora, since theres nothing to shoot until you get to space, and you do unlock the military science technology after space science. but if you want to, i made you pastebin guide (/LBzXRmYL) for how mod a recipe like this into the game.
Yes, it's intended that your only source of carbon before reaching other planets is to drop it from space. You can make multiple space platforms for more carbon if you want to increase your military science production.
