Start on any of the first three planets: Vulcanus, Gleba, or Fulgora.
Choose your planet in the startup mod settings before starting a new game.

Ithurice has the issue that you need copper plates to get heat going, copper plates are only aquired through recycling and the recycler needs heating to run
maybe unlock tech for electricity through copper cables or something other?
I missed this post somehow, but this mod only has changes for vanilla planets. Mod compatibility is done from their side, not mine, so if you haven't reported this to that mod author and it hasn't been fixed already then I suggest doing so. Sorry I can't be of more help!
