Start on any of the first three planets: Vulcanus, Gleba, or Fulgora.

Hello, I've tried to start on Vulcanus, but am unable to make power as the Thermal Generator doesn't unlock. I cannot find it in the tech tree and cannot craft it. Any Ideas?
