I have noticed that in some of the planet starts, some achievements are impossible or nearly impossible to get.

In the case of Vulcunus start, the achievement Steam power all the way is impossible since your very first electricity source is the very thing you are forbidden to use by the steam all the way achievement, Solar panels.

As for Fulgora start, you can scratch off Lazy Bastard, as you will most certainly use up all your crafts of 111 on hand recycling scrap to get your first recycler. And of course, you still have to hand craft an assembling machine, a Lab, a Lightning Rod, a medium electric pole, and your first 10 science packs. The nearly impossible is due to the high luck factor involved in getting 20 concrete and 6 processing units needed for your first recycler.

To be fair, Lazy Bastard could be made possible by adding in sufficient crafts, to combat the luck part of it, or to modify some of the ruins potentially giving you some of the ingredients needed for the recycler.

I have yet to look at the Gleba start itself.

You bring up a good point, some achievements are just straight up impossible. Rather than remove them, would you rather see some new achievements tailored to each planet as a replacement? I'd have to come up with them first of course, but it would help the feeling of not being able to do a certain thing by giving you a suitable thing to do instead.

Oh heck yes.

• Illegal mining operation: mine x tungsten ore using mining drills before killing your first demolisher with a vulcanis start
• I speak for the trees: craft your fist bio science without mining or destroying more than X plants with a gleba start
• hardworking bastard: craft your first chemical science pack without using a recycler on a fulgora start

Having planet-specific achievements could be fun. I don't think that one for chemical science on fulgora is doable because you need plates to make pipes and you can't get iron plates without recycling, as far as I'm aware. I think you could do a version of Steam All The Way though, without building accumulators on fulgora. You should be able to melt some ice at night during the active lightning, and then you could get some steam power going with the solid fuel.

Another might be killing your first demolisher with artillery. Would require collecting enough tungsten to research and build a few without killing the demolisher guarding the first patch, similar to the current achievement for Keeping Your Hands Clean.

On Gleba a good one could be hitting some particular research checkpoint with less than X spoilage created. Coming up with a good number would be tricky though.
