Would it be possible to move the Steam Turbine to somewhere on the tech tree where it can be unlocked while still on Vulcanus? I prefer to use it for power there later on via acid neutralisation, but it seems i'd have to wait until I go to Nauvis and unlock uranium processing/nuclear power.

Perhaps, I thought about it but couldn't decide where exactly it would fit in the tech tree since I didn't want the player to necessarily have access to them immediately. I'll think about it though, and maybe I'll change it.

As a side note, you also could go to Gleba and get them from the heating tower tech as well, now that I think about it.

I just put this on another thread before seeing this one: Uranium Processing is gated behind mining uranium ore. changing it to a normal research along the other nuclear tech would be a simple fix, its only blue science now so it would unlock them soon enough to matter.
