ZRadar MK2=A Radar revealing 20 sectors wide and scanning within 60 sectors distance.

Both are balanced with energy usage, recipe cost and tech required.
MK1: Energy usage 3MW; Recipe 10 Radar and 250 Advanced Circuit; Tech 500x automation, logistic and military pack (60s each)
MK2: Energy usage 10MW; Recipe 10 MK1 Radar; Tech 1000x automation, logistic, military and chemical pack (300s each)
