About the comparison: I'd rather not do that. For me, modding isn't a competition. I build UTL because I enjoy it and because I want trains to work the way I like them to. Which dispatcher is "better" doesn't really matter to me. They all have their own ideas, and everyone should just use the one they have the most fun with.
If you try UTL and something doesn't feel right, let me know here. That kind of feedback helps me much more than any ranking would.
