Hello, I am trying to play with just the mod pack on and I get the below error and I can't seem to figure out what mod this could be related to. I checked the file mentioned but it has references to "tech_electric_energy_accumulators_2". But I have turned on every accumulator dependencies and it still throws this error on load.

For anyone also having this issue. I was able to resolve it by disabling TIMSABA first. then going into mod settings and search for "New accumulators" under Bob's Power mod and turn it on. Save and then turn TIMSABA back on and it loads properly.
