The mod throws an error even if only the mod and its dependencies are the only things enabled.

This issue will be fixed in update 1.11.0
In the meantime, you can visit the Discord Server and download the full build with all stable settings and mods from version 1.8.1 and update mods to the latest versions.
Don't update just the Muluna mod.
