b Fish Farms Always Produce Spoilage (Corrected)

Fish tanks / the fish breeding process is broken because the new fish are not "fresh". Because they inherit the spoiled property of the input fish. As far as i can tell this will always result in the eventual end of the fish farming loop because everything becomes spoilage.

Can fix by ensuring the output fish from fish breeding are fresh.
