b Silicon and Magnesium loop locks progress? (Corrected)

I do not see how to progress past silicon processing as to make silicon ingots I need magnesium powder, and to make magnesium gas for magnesium ingots I need silicon powder. All other silicon/magnesium ingot processing chains need at least blue science, which is locked after silicon products, but they can't be made due to this first loop. Am I just blind?
