is it possible to make the engineer(spider) a space suit ? it also makes sense "lore" wise as to why you cant leave the spider tron for easily/for a long time

also jet packs compatibility would be good to as i think it is a prereq

I have no graphics skills so I cannot add anything like a space suit.

What doesn't work currently with jetpacks?

you cant put jet packs in a spidertorn engineer

no graphical change just that the spidertron your in counts as you being in a space suit so the life support modules work and you dont die in space

Oh sorry, I misunderstood what you meant as I’ve never played SE before. Space suit is probably a trivial change, but jet pack on the spidertron might be hard/impossible.

ill send it over to the author of the jet pack mod as well i thing they are the same author as SE

Unfortunately I have no time and little interest to investigate this at the moment. If someone wants to make the changes and submit it as a PR on GitHub, then I'll happily merge and update the mod.

sounds good ill have a look at how the space suit works and see if it can be someone as unskilled as me
