Hard Vulcanus

Tweaks to Vulcanus. Demolishers are more numerous, the map is smaller, molten lava and metals have restrictions on how they can be piped, Acid neutralisation produces cooler steam, coal liquefaction is nerfed, and mining tungsten requires lubricant.
