Tweaks to Aquilo. The starting island is smaller. Nuclear reactors no longer function on very cold surfaces. Crafting Fluoroketone now requires light oil.

There are mods like Plutonium Energy that add new reactors, and now i can just skip regular reactor and build new one from these mods. I think there should be improved compatibility with modded fission reactors.
