Ultracube references some graphics in my mod by specific file path, and a while ago snouz did a graphic overhaul for my mod which involved shuffling around some of the files for better consistency. So now ultracube is looking for images in places they aren't anymore and they have to update their script for those.
I submitted a fix for it on their GitHub page a while back. If you want to apply the fix it's literally one file you can copy on the Files changed tab and overwrite the one in your ultracube folder https://github.com/grandseiken/factorio-ultracube/pull/67
