Renai Transportation (2.2.1) Space-age error:

The only things that are throwing items are hatches throwing items into the open chest as well as into machines.

seems to give the error about 56 seconds from loading the save as well

Looking at the code I believe this is caused by a thrower targeting an underground belt. I'll add a fix in the next update hopefully with your other crash with autodrive
