I've got a weird mishmash of mods but it was working just fine before I updated, and I can't find a way to downgrade and play anyways so now I just kind of can't play my world until this is fixed I guess
Youre in luck someone else reported a crash with the new Krastorio version that looks just like this one, try the new 2.1.4 version and see if it helps for this one
