said wagon could also launch a ''cargo pod' item you filled with the usual stuff that flies up to the designated platform

I definitely want to make something to launch items up to space platforms. Silos hold a lot but are pretty slow, so something that doesn't hold a lot but delivers it quick would be sick (especially if it's off a train ramp🔥)

I'm not as sure what the use of deploying vehicles from a jumping train would be lol, how do you imagine it going down?

its very much a "why not?" feature where the wagon places whatever is in its cargo down when it detects that the train is going down

i suggested vehicles as it would be simpler and could be used to say place down a pack of AAI Chaingunner tanks

and as an addition to that placing buildings or even whole blueprints down as an alternative to construction bots
