b Burner Inserters issue in Upgrade planner

Burner Inserters have an issue in the Upgrade planner.
I noticed that if I select BURNER throwing inserters in the "FROM" field, when I open the "TO" field - I can select any inserters of the normal type, but for the throwing type - only BURNER inserters are available.
I.e. I can't use the update planner to automatically replace BURNER throwing inserters with non-burner type of throwing inserters

It looks like it works to me, I'm able to select FROM burner thrower TO normal thrower inserter. I know its been like months but is this still a problem?
